It's on I-65 North entering downtown Birmingham, AL, just down the road from me. Wish I could have seen it.
OMG! I did see it. At an IHOP parking lot just off I-40 in Albuquerque. I wondered what the hell it was. Now I know. I'm not sure if I'm relieved or disturbed.
